Based on their reviews I reached out for a virtual consultation and from the very start I found the group to be quick to respond, extremely helpful in educating me as a first time home buyer, and super pleasant to work with making the experience feel smooth and easy (as easy as it can be anyway). Scott was an amazing agent during the entire process. This was our first time buying a place and he helped us through every step. He made sure we understood everything that was happening and what the next steps would be. Anytime we had questions he get back to us fairly quickly.

This review is long overdue but it has been a crazy busy year. Choosing Jenn and Kai and the amazing team they have were one of the best decisions I have ever made. With my mother's passing I was left with many tasks and selling her home of 50 years was a big one. Jenn and Kai from day one guided me through the process with skill, patience and grace. I have purchased and sold homes in the past, and my experience with the Ito-Orio Group was by far the best. Honestly, it could not have been better. They made me feel so comfortable and earned my complete trust. I moved out of state prior to listing my home. There was some pre-sale rehab work that needed to be done which they handled after I left. Within two weeks after my move my home was on the market. You guys are amazing at what you do and were very flexible with the needs of our family. You gave us tips and made the experience very personal and enjoyable.
